I was a student on the Summer 2009 voyage of Semester at Sea. I shared 67 days with 720 college students as we traveled from Canada to Spain, Italy, Croatia, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Egypt and Morocco.

Upon returning, I compiled my photos and stories into a book. Later that year, it placed in the top ten travel books out of over 1,800 entries in Blurb’s 2009 book competition.
